Every row is a verbatim sentence read from the named source's own page through our fetch service on the date shown, hash-pinned to the stored read (the sha of the page's visible text; the raw page is mirrored to R2).

The fuller derivation this dataset is chartered to grow into (not yet what the figures above are; they are each source's own published figure as read): the HSE Asbestos Licensing Unit's current licence list (published through CONIAC as a dated spreadsheet, HSENI's separate list for Northern Ireland) parsed into one row per contractor - licence number, licence type (standard / scaffolding / maintenance), licence expiry, registered address and postcode - then geocoded to travel-time coverage per postcode district and joined to ARCA and ATAC membership and to UKAS accreditation for the analyst who must do the four-stage clearance.

Derived from it: licensed contractors per million people per region, the licence-type mix, contractors whose licence lapsed between two dated lists, and the areas with no licensed contractor within an hour - none of which the register itself publishes, because it is a spreadsheet of names.
