Across 300+ authorities that gives the median and range of the per-sheet charge, the share accepting asbestos at all, the share charging nothing up to an allowance, and the map of where a householder must instead pay a licensed collector.

No such comparison exists: each council publishes only itself, and the national cost guides skip disposal or quote a single national average.
